Calvary Chapel is a Christian School located in Santa Ana, California. The High School shares a cmpus with Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa Church, Calvary Chapel Jr High, and Maranatha Christian Academy (K-6).
Our Track and Field program doesn't fundraise, as we believe that the students are burdened enough with school and extra curricular activities. The best way to donate to the Track and Field program is to put a check, with Track and Field written on the memo line, into the offering box, located in the office of Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa Church. The same can also be done when the offering is being accepted at any service.
The purpose of our lives is to glorify God, and athletics is no different. The purpose of our athletic teams is to glorify God through sport. We must be an example, and witness, to the testimony of Jesus Christ our savior at all times.
In order to be on the team one must be a follower of Christ, be enrolled at Calvary Chapel or Calvary Chapel home school program, and tryout for the team. There are no cuts in Track and Field; however if an athlete acts dissimilar from the teachings of Christ he/she will be asked to leave.
